About KozyKot Holiday Cottage

Kozykot is a romantic traditional fisherman’s cottage for 2 adults.

Thought to date back to the 18th Century which was entirely renovated in 2018. It is situated on the cliff top just yards away from the steps leading down to the long sand and shingle beach which stretches for 3 miles south east to Loe Bar. 

The cottage is situated on a quiet no through road, which is also part of the south west coastal path leading to Loe Bar and the lovely walks around the National Trust Penrose Estate.

The picturesque village and harbour are just a 5-minute walk away with an abundance of shops, cafes, and restaurants to suit every taste.

Kozykot is very fortunate in the fact that it has its own private car parking space directly in front of the cottage.

Downstairs:

It has an open plan lounge and kitchen which has a flag stone floor throughout.  The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with ice box and all crockery and utensils. 

The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a 2-seater sofa, log burner, small radiator, and smart TV. There is a small window seat in the lounge looking out into the conservatory and out to sea.

The new conservatory at the front of the cottage also has a flag stone floor.  The dining table is in the conservatory along with a 2-seater sofa, so you can enjoy the great sea views whether you’re having a romantic meal for 2 or just relaxing on the sofa.

There is a patio at the front of the conservatory with a table and chairs.

1st Floor:

There is a double bedroom with a king size bed which looks out to sea, and a lovely spacious shower room with toilet and sink.

Bed linen, towels (please bring your own beach towels), electricity, starter pack of logs for log burner (winter months) and Wi-Fi are all included.

We permit one small dog to accompany you on your stay for a small charge of £10.
